Terms & Conditions for Ziela Homestay Guests
Welcome to Ziela Homestay. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that the keys and passcode for the premises will only be provided once the full payment + deposit payment has been confirmed.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid in full before or check-in via online transfer.
- Payment Proof: Guests must provide a copy of the payment receipt via WhatsApp or email for verification purposes.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional hourly charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 20 days or more before the check-in date: Fully refundable (minus any administrative fees).
- Cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival : Non-refundable.
- Date Changes: Subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
4. House Rules & Guest Conduct
- Occupancy Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of [10] people to ensure comfort and safety.
- Prohibited Activities: Strictly no illegal drugs, gambling, immoral acts, or any activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Pets: Pets are strictly Not Allowed on the premises.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
- Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property. Please wash all kitchenware after use and dispose of trash in the bins provided.
5. Damages & Liability
- Guests are liable for any damage to the furniture, appliances, or structure of the property caused by negligence.
- The management reserves the right to claim compensation based on the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items.
- Ziela Homestay is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, theft, or personal injuries sustained during the stay.
6. Right of Management
- The management reserves the right to evict any guest immediately without a refund if they are found to be in breach of these terms or causing a significant disturbance to neighbors.
